Additional Club Orders

I’m having a bit of an issue.

We want to track how many Club Members added on to their regular ClubOrder.

We have a standard 3 bottle shipment that we choose for the member. When we offer special flat rate shipping, or double your order promotions, club members will add on to their standard order. We’re looking for a way to flag those custom shipments but right now the best I have is an excel spreadsheet to manually record them. We just want to observe club member purchasing behavior and how they purchase during club promotions in a more automated way and via Club Processing. Club Processing doesn’t appear to offer any order notes. Any thoughts on this would be wonderful, very much appreciate your time.

Are you using the custom club feature? If so, when an order is customized by a club member logging in or the custom club area on their account internally, “Customized” is added into the Shipment data field. IT comes in handy when searching for only edited/changed orders.
