I’m looking for a report that shows returns/refunds with price paid AND original price. Ideas? Thanks!
Under reports go to sales and pull an order detail report click on manage report columns, click on ext item price and original item price and item price, also click on item discount and you can even click on cost of goods as well. This report can be run by date. If there was a refund it will show up as well.
