I am trying to run a report for Wine Club Sign ups by sales associate. The problem is that not all of our sales associates are showing up as an option in that modifier box. When I go to the Sales Reports by Sales Associate, there are 102 listed. In the Wine Club Report, only 92 are listed in the modifier box. Anyone know what I need to do?
@wineclub2 - hmm, have you had any Sales Associates deleted or edited recently? It’s possible that there are some orders placed under a Sales Associate that no longer exists. The Sales Report will list out all Sales Associate that has ever placed an order. The Wine Club Report will list out all Sales Associate available right now. Hope this helps!
