Seeing mass email

we are attempting and have been for 2 days to send a mass email to our contacts updating them on the fire status, we keep getting error message that “email address not valid”. Same one we have used since day 1

We cannot reach anyone at Vin65 and the one who did reply had absolutely no clue even when we sent him screen shot.

Please help!

Hi Adrian,

Do you have an example of how the email address looks? Really this message shouldn’t apply unless there is an accidental space in place. This shouldn’t really happen unless there is a "content@noemail.com" address. I’d love to provide more detail if I could see more context on the issue.
