My client’s site is down…I can’t seem to fine the URL to see the status of all things Vin65. Further, when I went to fill out a support ticket the “description” field is missing - and I’m not allowed to submit a ticket without a description. Is something going on?
Hi Trent. Also, in the admin area of Vin65, certain fields are missing, like the “description” field to open a support ticket and the “content” fields for emails. Not sure if that’s a DNS thing as its affecting my Vin65 backend. Thanks.
