I was wondering if there has been any progress on fixing the issue of contacts being labelled 10 x Soft Bounce? I have one database that has over 8,000 emails and over 2,400 of them have been classified as 10 x Soft Bounce and do not receive our newsletters. I recently downloaded this list and sent them a direct email from Outlook and while a small portion did bounce the majority of them were delivered.
So is there any solution to be able to clean this list so that we can continue sending emails to them?
