Where do I find the tax reports? Our old system had what was called sales detail by tax type. Is there something similar?
Sales by State or Sales Summary?
Looking at an old Sales Detail by Tax Type report of mine, I see the report has items broken down by category and sub-category. It totals the sales by item in the date range, and breaks down total sales, taxable sales, non-taxable sales, tax-exempt sales, and out of state taxable sales. Which report(s) to run would depend on what information you are looking for specifically.
@dgruenburg We use the ShipCompliant sales report and the WSN report, but they have to be turned on in website settings before you will find them in your list of reports.
