Training Webinar - Security Group

Hi all,

Thank you for tuning in to today’s training webinar. We discussed Security Group functionality and went over some scenarios where restrictions to certain sections and actions are going to be useful. Security Groups allows you to quickly assign Admin Users to the access level that’s most appropriate for their role at your winery.

Is this an available thing now? I had no idea. Is it part of Plus?

Should be under Settings > Users > Security Groups. If it’s not there, you should email support and we can turn it on for you. It’s pretty handy!

It was news to me too so I am trying it out. So far the Prevent Refunds option doesn’t seem to be working for me. Cory in support is looking into that. I would test it and then test again.
