All of a sudden we are unable to process credit cards. It was fine this morning and in the last hour no credit cards work. We get the swirling circle of death followed by a system error: Error, we get an invalid response from the server. Help!

@slourie are you still getting errors? It looks like PlugNPay was down for a brief period, but we have had reports from other clients that they are now able to process orders.
We are very definitely still down. Now we can’t even process cash transactions. We sent in a ticket to Plug N Pay as well so hopefully it gets resolved soon.
And like magic, we are now back up and running.
