I am trying to have a different order confirmation email sent out for different products. Is that possible?
Not that I’m aware of. I’d like that too, or at least definitely a template per ‘product type’ or maybe ‘department’ or ‘category’, etc. I know that a few types have differences like an event ticket sale will attach a pdf, a gift certificate does something else, a wine does the normal one, etc. I’d imagine it gets tricky on the 2+ line item orders right? 
Like you could have 5 templates and in products have them allow deviating from ‘default template’ if desired (e.g. this one uses template b!), but then let’s say they order an event ticket, 3 wines, the one custom thing you’re referring to, and a gift card, etc.
