Here’s what I’m looking for: A reliable method for indicating the location of orders that have been placed and are being held for pickup. I’d like a method that:
- Will be useful to staff to make it obvious whether an order has not yet been set aside, or is in one of two designated locations
- Will show up in reports (namely sales reports of “not picked up” orders)
I have found flags useful for indicating location - but they don’t appear in reports. I was thinking maybe I could use “sales attributes” (which do show up in sales reports of orders not picked up) but as far as I can tell sales attributes do now show in POS. Any ideas?
