The flag that appears indicating the member’s card declined–can that be deleted? We have members who come in and update and we run the transaction but it’s still a flag on their account

You can go into the most recent club process that was declined for them (the one that is causing the flag in the first place) and skip them in processing. That’s a few steps to take care of this, but it’s the only way I’m aware of.
