How does one know when a carrot led to a sale online?

I’m pretty sure there really is no way, at least like a report of it. You could probably get creative if you’re using links in the carrots and Google Analytics kind of thing. Whether that be using campaign variables or a landing page that nothing else leads to, etc. Carrots like “You have 1 in your cart, increase to 6 and get X” are not measurable from what I can tell. Other than through analyzing average order value before and after carrots kind of thing.
