How to get critical sales metrics?

Hey there!

I’m looking to find a couple critical sales reports for a 12-month period. The metrics include:

  1. Total sales
  2. Repeat customer rate (percentage of customers in the period who have ordered from us before)
  3. Conversion rate (percentage of people on the store who end up purchasing; failing that, I'd be interested in % of people who purchase after putting an item in the cart)
  4. Average order value

For me, #1 is pretty straightforward. I’ve no idea how to pull #2. I would normally rely on Google Analytics for #3 but that’s not an option in my case (the date range is before analytics was installed on the store). I think I can do #4 by taking the sales summary Excel doc and then doing some math or a pivot table.

Anyone have ideas for #2 and #3, and/or an easier way to do #4?
