It looks like the only time a Carrot is visible is if the customer actually clicks on view cart. Does that sound correct? When I click on the cart in the upper right hand corner there is a colored bar but no text displayed and I am wondering if it is a bug.
I have had this happen to me and I believe it was because I hadn’t put the text I wanted in all the sections I wanted it. You have to enter the message you want in each section that you want it to appear (Web, Modal Cart, POS/Admin). I usually have 3 slightly different wordings due to space and where the message is appearing.
