Hello all!
We are looking to change up our club levels and tier them differently. Right now we offer 4 base clubs ( Red, White, Sweet and Mixed ) and each base club there is an option to choose to be in the 2 bottle, 4 bottle, 6 bottle or a case. We are wanting to switch our clubs to still have our base clubs but change the bottle levels to three, six, and twelve so we will eliminate our two and four bottles. Those members will be placed in our three bottle club level when the time comes. We are wanting to start this next year but want to notify our members soon to give them time to decide. I am wondering if anyone else has ever changed their club levels and if so, how did you transfer the club information over? We have about 4500+ members in our two bottle levels.
