We have always just run one wine club and so we have pointed users to that wine club URL. We’re now changing our wine club strategy and offering two additional wine clubs.
I’d like to:
- See how other WineDirect users manage the customer registration flow for multiple clubs
- Understand what the process is for a customer that wants to switch from one wine club subscription to another club option
- Understand if there are options for different “levels” within a single club. For example, our one proposed new club offering has a half-case and case option, that we’d like the to be able to subscribe to off the bat (and not require a user choice per shipment)
