when we cancel a club member, we would like to let them know that has happened. does the club canellation trigger a system email that I’m missing or does this email have to be sent manually?
The email has to be sent manually, as far as I know.
Jeff is correct. There is currently no automated cancellation email.
I was just looking at this, though I know I’m late to this party. Was wondering if I could do an action email but couldn’t seem to get it to work. Would be nice if there was a way to do that, we’re looking to have that email tied in with a little survey to get more insight to our cancelled members. Hoping that is an option. If not, what’s the best way to get the email sent, and personalized (ie Hello //FirstName// actually shows Hello Mari)
