Club Importer not showing error?

Hi,

I’m trying to import our club members in, I have a sample test file of only 12 members and the importer keeps stopping at 8 of 12 but not showing what the error is? Is there someway I can find out what the issue is rather than going back to my original file to see if there is an issue with that member details (I have done this and there doesn’t seem to be anything obvious)? Any help is appreciated.

Hi @kimhut123, the importer tool doesn’t tell you exactly what the error is but you can be assured that it has something to do with that 8th customer. If you haven’t figured this out yet, please do send it on in to support for inspection!
