Club Members aren't showing up for processing

First time processing our Wine Clubs and none of the members are showing (or searchable) to add. What could be the issue? The parameters look to be correct for the set-up. Thanks.

The system is crashing each time I try to advance to the next tab, as well.

  1. If you just completed a migration to WineDirect, your qualification date here may be excluding customers. Try setting the qualification date to today.

  2. Also, choose a future ship date.
