Problem with users choice club

Our club members are getting an error page anytime they try to change their users choice selection (error page comes after hitting submit button). I entered a support ticket (and left voicemails for customer support), but it’s been over 24 hours and no response yet. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I am sorry for the delayed response but I am glad that we were able to get your issue resolved yesterday. Just to recap, the issue that you were experiencing was due to having multiple active seasons in your User Choice club. When you have a current season active and displayed on the web, you will need to make sure that all other seasons are marked as inactive. They can save selections as soon as you make the change.
