Clubs not applying discounts on two of our brands

I am definitely logged in, I have tried this twice with a customers login and my own club membership.

Not seeing the discount or free shipping.

It’s going to be hard for anyone to diagnose this without more information. Try submitting a ticket, as Vin65 can see your information from the back end.

Other things to try:

  • Make sure you’re not caching old data on the site: try it in an incognito window.
  • Can you see the discount on other order types? Such as POS, Admin Panel, etc?
