Promo Discount Stopped Working

We launched a promotion this weekend with a discount set up under the Store>Promos section, tested it multiple times, and sent it out. It worked for about 8 hours and then stopped automatically applying the discount. We had to manually put up a notice for people to use a coupon code. We have more promos to launch in the next few days. Has anyone had a similar problem and is there a fix?

The most likely cause is something got changed by someone around that 8 hour mark. I recommend finding out who in your company was working on Vin65 at that time.

And then I recommend that you put in a feature request asking Vin65 to implement a history function so that we can see who changed what when.

I would love to see a changelog on pretty much every Contact, Promo, Product, and Order… anything you can change sitewide. This is key to troubleshooting and enabling us to solve our own problems, whether they be caused by us, Vin65, or our staff members.
