Custom Product Sort Order

Happy Friday!
Scenario:
I want a custom sort order on a store page. I do not want to mess with the storewide settings for sorting products.

Challenge:
It’s a website that doesn’t have a “STORE/PRODUCTS/ARRANGE PRODUCTS”.

Is there something I can do in the v65html folder for the store layout page? (product-list.htm)

OR…
Since it’s an email link that’ll lead to it, can I append something to the URL string such that it displays them from least affordable to most affordable?
