I need to run a report showing me which customers have purchased a set of allocated SKU’s over the previous 5 years. None of the report options give me actual customer detail, just summaries by SKU.
The way I would do this is to use “enhanced” reports to run an Order Detail Report where you can filter by SKU. Then I would export that and sort in Excel by email. You should then be able to tally totals for each customer.
Yeah but I need to filter for multiple SKU’s and the report writer won’t let me do that. I don’t have time to run 20 different reports every time I need this info.
Also, the single SKU search times out (says it can’t be completed) every time and yields no results.
Suggestions?

You can add multiple SKUs to this filter:
And then save it so you don’t have to rebuild it every time.
Then you do a pivot table however you need to look at the data.
If the report is timing out please let Vin65 know what you did to cause that. Report timeouts are supposed to be a thing of the past.
I don’t see a way to add multiple SKU’s. Do I just separate them with commas or spaces?

Type in the SKU and hit Enter. I agree it isn’t obvious.
