Is anyone else having trouble with Welcome Packages?
We will sign up a member with their credit card. Then the Welcome Package order gets declined. The the order is then run again with the same card, and it goes through just fine.
This is causing a problem because our servers can not “reprice” the wines included to the right price which is different from the normal club discount.
