Trying to delete a template that I created by mistake, there doesn’t seem to be any options.

Check to see if your template is currently in use - if it is, you won’t be able to delete it. For example, if this is a Content Block Template, you’ll want to first make sure that there are no Content Blocks using it under Content Editor > Content Blocks.
Thanks Andrea, that was it, figured it out after posting, tried to delete post and couldn’t haha.
