Does *everyone* have to upload bottle shots twice, or just me?

Hi,
When I create a new product and upload a bottle shot, the screen refreshes to say “No Photo”, so I add it again and save again. (in other words the program isn’t working right)

Does that happen to anyone else? I created a support ticket in the past but it got closed w/o resolving.

Me too. It won’t save the image if you upload it when first creating the item. I just fill in all the textual information, click save, then go back in and add the photo.

I seldom have a photo ready when I first create a product - I like to add all new wines as soon as they are bottled. I guess this is why I never see this.

I’m generally gun shy about doing too many steps before a save, dates back to my youth probably. I put in the basics and save, then edit and continue.

Happens to me also. 100% of the time.

Happens here too. I have just not been uploading a picture when I create the product. Hit save, then go add the picture. If I do the picture independently and not at the same time as entering the other product info I haven’t had problems. Would be nice to be able to do it all at once though!

Yes, i think if it has to be two different steps, just leaving it in “Manage Photos” on the right would be fine. Feels like a bug this way. I think it actually does upload it, because after I upload one and save, it says “No image” but if I go to “Manage Photos” section, it’s actually there.

Yes, happens every time. I feel it is a bug but by the time I call them out on it, easier to just know to do it twice.
