Repeated image upload failures

Hi, we have a client trying to upload images through templates (email) and through FTP and both ways they are getting errors. Everyone is on edge because of the health crisis and this is getting in the way of communicating with customers, so I’m reaching out on their behalf. I’m happy to more details in a DM. Is the Wine Direct team aware of of file upload errors? It seems like a server misconfiguration (since it’s occurring in multiple settings).

The error in FTP reads "Couldn’t get remote handle. Make sure you have permission to modify this file." (They should definitely have permission, it’s the entire folder.) The error in the email template is the regular error where it prompts the user to send a report to WD.

Would you be able to send in a support ticket to support@windirect.com with the client name? There aren’t any file upload issues that we’re aware of so there may just be something that needs configuring for them specifically.
