Trying to insert the following First Name tag into a new email.

But when I do a test email, the only thing that shows up is the “,”
Any ideas?
Make a contact for yourself and do an actual email to that one contact.
If you send the email to one person, auto-populating fields don’t populate. You need to send it to a contact type or a list for the auto populating fields to populate.
