Hi,
I think the v2.1 emails “auto populated Data” section needs a little revising.

Where it says this, it isn’t true:

Action Emails Auto Populating Tags

The following tags can be used in Action Emails:

        Club Name
        //ClubName//        
    
        Order Items
        //OrderItems//

(I tested //ClubName// and it doesn’t work - Support ticket 69205)
The test? An action email triggered when a 1st time club join is inserted into Vin65 from 3rd party software. It is categorized under “club” action emails.

I don’t know if //OrderItems// works or not. Maybe it depends which category you put the action email under? It’s confusing documentation if you ask me.
