Happy Holidays, All!
I’ve been sending out email documents to individual email addresses, and as I am sending it I get confirmation that the email was sent. But when I go to the reports to see if anyone has opened the email, it says “No email has been sent yet.”
This has happened with 8 emails…any suggestions??
