Our “Club Member Sign-Up Confirmation” is not sending to any new members who sign up in the tasting rooms (via the POS) but they are sending to people who sign up online. Any insights?
While I’m at it, the copy that shows in the email history of the customer profile is showing all text blocks and pull quotes. The formatting in email set up is normal (other than the fact that suddenly everything must be center aligned and looks dumb).
I have a brain cell telling me that POS signups don’t get the email. Ask support, or search here or back on Facebook. I could swear there was a discussion about this…
They did about 3 weeks ago!
Active Bug issue says support. Should be resolved in a few days/weeks.
