Error.htm page for product link

After navigating to the “Wines” page I then proceed to click on a specific product (either the image of the name/title) and I am taken to an error.htm page. What is going on? All the marketing urls and urls are set up. Do I need to create a page for each product in order to view it on its own?
P.S. The “quick view” box IS selected in the website settings.

When getting a server error and error.htm page, WD support is ultimately best equipped to tell you what’s been happening. If you haven’t done so already, I’d recommend sending a ticket to WineDirect so they can help decipher the error.

Consider the following when submitted the ticket. the more information you send along, the quicker they’ll be able to figure this out.

  • Is a live website? Are you you’re working on a development website? Consider connecting with your designer, developer or project manager if it’s a project in process.
  • If the ‘Wines’ page was working, and it’s now stopped working. Has anything changed recently in the admin panel? Do any other products work?
  • Can you get the wines pages to work in any other browser or device?

Also, send a link to your website and I’ll take a look.

Hi James! I actually figured it out! Phew. It is in the development
stage.

I can change the fonts on the website correct? I have the .woff, .svg and
.eot files already uploaded to the ftp site. I just need to go in to the
sheets and change it there, right (and then overwrite the current of
course)? This is always the tricky part. Save as, save as. LOL I
couldn’t code a whole site, but this things, I am pretty sure I have a
decent handle on.
