Error message, has anyone seen this before: "Oops, our security setting is too high. "

A customer notified me that the received the following message while trying to join our non-club Mailing List:

“Oops, our security setting is too high. Please email [ ] with your request.”

Not sure if anyone has seen this message before and what might be done about it.

I have not had the issue reported since that time 2016 - I also have no record of creating a support ticket, so you may want to email WD.

We’re seeing this issue with remote subscription forms. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing it?

@Trent, Thank you. We’ll give this a try and see if it’s a fix.

@Trent It looks like we already had it enabled. I just verified it reCaptcha was active, loaded the remote form in a Chrome Incognito window, and tried to subscribe with an address that had failed previously. It failed again.

We’ve already submitted a ticket (4/22/21)
