Does anyone sell gift certificates in their tasting room? Wine Direct has told me that when I put them through, the customer will get emailed their 16 digit code. What about customers that don’t have an email address? I know it’s rare but I’ve had two customers this week that don’t so I’m not sure how to proceed. I know I can do it on the back end for them, but if I’m not around, the tasting bar staff don’t have access to the computer in the office. I’m welcome to all brilliant ideas!!
Have it emailed to a company address anyone can access. Print out the email.
That was my original thought, but if it’s a busy weekend, logging into emails and printing them might be pain if we have a crowded house. It might be my only option though, thanks!
