I’m having trouble finding the “gifted” member. I have a club member “Tyler” who has gifted a membership as a wedding gift to “Jim”. I set up the second club (the gift) under Tyler’s account. My issue is when Jim calls, I cannot find him in our system when I search under contacts. Any suggestions without having to run a report just to talk to a customer?
I am not sure if this will help but I task the gift givers account to our club manager until that gift receiver has been fulfilled. That way it pops up on her task list as a quick reminder we have one and don’t have to remember that one name or account. I would ultimately love for the gift recipient to have the whole profile themselves with a separate area for gift givers CC.
