Does anyone have thoughts on the best way to track member tenure if that member switches club? I had been canceling them from the initial club, then signing them up for the new club but I’m not sure this is the best way because when pulling a member report, the most recent signup date is reflected as start time rather than the first. This decreases average tenure.
A pickle indeed. I was doing the same thing for a while there and realized that what works best for us is not cancelling the membership but just changing the existing one. This way the date remains. we still have the data if we scroll through their account. I dont know about reporting of orders from years prior; ie. if it says OLD club or NEW club… but we dont need this sort of report and if we did i think it would be more of a common since well that wasnt a club back then.
