Intermittent System Disruption

We’re experiencing some intermittent system disruptions. At this time, both POS and SiteAdmin are affected.

All of our resources are working to resolve this issue immediately.

Not all clients were affected. Sites will be fully operational momentarily.

All systems are operational. We apologize for any interruption you may have experienced. We’ll continue to investigate this issue and will post an update as to what happened here.

We have restored partial service and are seeing the first batch of clients coming back online. We should see complete service restored shortly.

Full service has been restored to the affected clients.

We are seeing the same error message again this morning

Experiencing the same issues…system error on POS side and “Hate this screen” on Admin side…

We’ve isolated the issue and are taking steps to repair the problem and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
