I downloaded an Inventory Transactions report today and Excel just opens a blank file - it doesn’t give an error, it just does nothing after trying to open the file. Have any changes been made to this report lately? It was working fine for me as recently as 4 weeks ago.
Hi @ZaneMumford, this has been a common problem since Microsoft updated Excel and changed some default security settings in the past few weeks.

That did indeed solve it, thanks. However, I’m never too keen on any solution that involves reducing security settings, especially those related to files from the Internet.
I’ve just tried this solution, but it did not work for me. Are there any other solutions?
