Ticket #80510. Still no response after a week.
I had to call to follow up to a support ticket I sent in via email. Initially, I was told there was no record of it, until I gave my ticket number that is autoreplied back when you email in - then it was magically found (but I also recapped the issue to the person I was speaking with). It was not reassuring, let’s just put it that way.

They’re pretty good. If it’s non-critical, you do need to stay on top of them though. I get the sense they are besieged by tickets, many of which are trivial.
