We’re trying to create a free shipping promo on 4 bottles of a non-wine product. Promo is limited to just these products, at the full retail.

Nothing is coupled, but if a club member signs in, somehow they get the free shipping AND their club discount. Is there a way to give them free shipping but no discount?

If someone adds a bottle of wine to the order, in addition to the 4 non-wine bottles, the shipping promo no longer applies to the 4 bottles. Is there a way to make the promo still apply for the 4 bottles and just charge the 1-bottle shipping rate for the wine?
Why is this so complicated?
