Making a customer "Tax Free"

Is there a way to make a customer “tax free” rather than a product?

Such as a non-profit organization.

Go into the customer’s profile, click on “Manage Store” from the right sidebar menu, and you will see the Taxable field where you can set this.

You can change this in the store by customer. Look up your customer, click manage store, at the top click the blue edit button. you can check the radio button that says the contact pays tax or not. Just make sure you save it. Or your next order will have tax on it. I hope this helps.
