We have a number of orders that are on Hold status that don’t show up when you look for them under the “Resume an Order” button. They show up if you search for them under the Order Management and if you search for them through the admin panel but from the POS.
More specifically it only shows 11 of the 25 on hold orders and it looks like only the most recent of those. Does this have to do with some kind of settings option? If so, is there a way to change this to view more?
