Yes, the refund should have gone through. The Void lined was marked Successful: No because it has been captured earlier. Voids refer to Cancelling an Authorization and Refunds refers to Refunding a captured transactions. Since this transaction has been captured, there was no Authorization to Void.
Both lines appear because the system tries both - it doesn’t know if the original payment was authorized or captured.

I think, depending on the issuer, card and manner in which the card was canceled, that cards are usually left open for credits for a certain amount of time after being canceled.
I would hope so…
