for a new and improved way to exchange and modify orders. I really need the refund process to work differently. As a recap:

If we refund after the day of the original transaction, we have to use the refund and not the void process. This requires us to make multiple entries, cancel orders in multiple systems, and make sure we select the refund and return to inventory process.

We need the refund process to work like the Void process. Ideally, one click to refund dollars back to card it was charged to, restore inventory, change status in ShipCompliant to Void.
