POS deleting items in cart

Is anyone else experiencing their POS cart just randomly emptying? When we add items to the cart they just disappear in front of your eyes! It is also removing a Contact when we select them on POS as well. We are using a desktop, not an ipad.

Hi @Ress - sorry to hear you are encountering issues. We aren’t currently experiencing a system wide outage or know of any issues on our POS to cause this behaviour.
