Seems to me I’ve seen this before, but I can’t remember the cause. Any suggestions on where to look?

Here are a few things to check:
- You’re using the right URL. The syntax is a perfect match. You can test this by clicking the link in the product’s ‘general’ tab.
- The product is Active.
- The product is set to display on website.
- Nothing in “Manage properties” ‘advanced’ date fields prevents it from being active today.
- I think at one point it had to have at least one product category but that is not the case anymore for us.
- If you have multiple websites, make sure the website at which you’re trying to view it is set.
- You could look at marketing URLs section to make sure that somehow a marketing URL wasn’t set up that redirects it.
