I have security set up on our “club only” wines and it is working perfectly on our website. However, I have noticed lately, that the wines are being rung up in POS without being assigned to a Club Member, even though they are grayed out. If I am thinking correctly, in the past, the ability to ring up was not there unless the Club Member Contact was entered. Has something changed?
Under Website Settings > Product > Products there is a setting called “Admin Override Security”. If this is checked off, admin users will be able to add the product to an order regardless of the security settings.

Doesn’t this mean that any sales person can sell the wine though? Because only admin profiles can log into Wine Direct and every sales associate needs to be attached to an admin user?
