Is there a way to create a Promo that applies to everyone except club members. We would like to do a case discount for online shoppers that includes people not currently in our contact list. The problem is when we choose “Everyone” in the promo availability it is giving our club members their case discount PLUS the new promo meant for new customers.
You could use List Builder to get a list of all potential buyers that are not club members, then put all of them in a contact type you make just for this promotion, then build a promo around that contact type.
Don’t couple the new ‘everyone’ promo with the club member existing case discount. The system will apply the better of the two discounts (it compares dollars off order using each promo) but it won’t apply both promos at the same time.
